History
- 68-year old female.
- Suspicion of dementia with mild clinical symptoms.
- Patient is referred for PET scan to examine for Alzheimer's Disease by Memory Clinic, Königsfelden, Switzerland.
Visual Inspection
- The FDG PET images indicates a bilateral parietal hypometabolism.

PALZ Findings
- PALZ analysis reveals additional hypometabolism within the posterior cingulate gyrus and temporal cortex.
- Criterion within AD regions is abnormal with high error probabilitiy (t-Sum=31443.63; p<0.0001).

Diagnosis
- According to the PALZ result and in accordance with the clinical symptoms Alzheimer's Disease is diagnosed.
