The atlas to be used for the VOI creation can selected in the Select Atlas panel.
If the panel is not visible, please activate the toggle button
in the upper right. Note that all VOI templates in the sub-directory resources/templates/voitemplates are listed, even animal related ones. However, at present only human VOI atlases are supported which define the VOIs in the MNI space.
