Special-purpose Sub-VOIs

Existing VOIs can be used as boundary restrictions when generating certain types of VOIs. Iso-contouring within a VOI is an example described above. Three other approaches are available via the selection illustrated below.

In order to apply them, the enclosing VOI first has to be selected.

For instance, if a Liver VOI is used for applying the three approaches are applied in turn, the following list of VOIs is obtained.

When switching to the Group tab the enclosed VOIs are arranged as sub-entries of the enclosing Liver VOI.
