Correction and Calibration of twilite Measurements

Data acquired in a live twilite experiment represents the count-rate of activity in whole blood. The following corrections have to be applied for converting it into a whole blood tracer activity concentration:

  1. Subtraction of the intrinsic background.
  2. Decay correction to the same time as the PET data, namely the PET scanner start time.
  3. Multiplication with the calibration factor.
