In the case of problems when running a PMOD tool, a problem report can directly be submitted from within the program as illustrated below.

  1. Create screen captures of the situation using the indicated button.
  2. Open the Console window.
  3. Open the Email to Support window and enter a problem description.
  4. Submit the message which is sent to support@pmod.com.
