At PMOD we are aware that our software is used for complex tasks. Our support is well-known for its fast and efficient help with technical difficulties and program use. Note however, that extended application support and advice regarding the methodology or the interpretation of results is beyond the scope of our technical support. Special needs can be addressed via purchasing a PMOD Training and Support Package.

With 4.4 being the current annual version, support is provided according to the version of your license as follows:

  • Hardware Support

    Version 4.4 supports Intel and Apple Silicon (M1, M2) processors. Versions below 4.4 support only Intel processors.

  • Priority Support

    Customers with an ongoing maintenance agreement enjoy priority support for all licenses under maintenance.

  • Basic Support: Versions 4.2, 4.3, 4.4

    PMOD provides technical support for the latest three software versions. Please submit a support request, and we will try to get back to you via e-mail within short response cycles, or by skype or phone if needed.

  • Installation Support: Versions 4.0 and 4.1

    Only limited installation support for the purpose of license migration is provided for the two versions prior to the BASIC SUPPORT versions.

  • No Support: Versions below 4.0 (EOL)

    Versions older than 5 years have reached end-of-life and are not provided and supported anymore. Although the license will still be valid, it is completely up to the user to set up the legacy environment for installing and running the software.
