In order to handle certain customer support requests, PMOD will at times need customer data. It is, of course, at the discretion of the customer to supply that data. If customer data are supplied, PMOD will strictly respect confidentiality, that is, after closing the request, PMOD will delete all data, unless the customer and PMOD agree to archive them for further investigations.
